We absolutely loved our stay at this immaculate and spacious house. It was perfect for us as young travelers with a small child, thanks to its quiet location. The nearby pub, shop, and park were incredibly convenient too. The host was friendly, helpful, and very quick to respond to our needs. We would definitely visit again and highly recommend it to others. Staying here was a refreshing change from the typical hotel experience.
Felt special, no reason to complain.

As young holiday goers, we loved the well-appointed house with modern facilities and a lovely garden. the easy walk to the town center was a bonus, and the late check-out was much appreciated. the amazing bath was a tempting treat, although we didn't have time to use it. the two toilets were a great convenience for our family stay. it was a very nice experience.
Felt right at home, no reason to complain.

We had great value for our money at Clifton House in Hereford. The room was cozy and comfortable, and the location was perfect for a quiet stroll by the river and a short walk to town. The staff were attentive and communication was excellent.

the house is located in a beautiful and peaceful area of the city, with easy access to scenic walks along the river Wye. It's also just a short 10-minute walk from the city center, making it incredibly convenient. the house itself was impeccably maintained and had all the amenities one could need, including a stunning bathroom.
It was a truly wonderful experience. Cons: There was nothing I didn't like.

The house felt incredibly homely, making us feel at ease right away. Its location was perfect, being close to the city centre. Despite the cold weather, we could appreciate the lovely garden. The accommodation was spacious, warm, and clean, providing a comfortable stay. Having a fridge and cooker, along with basic essentials like salt, pepper, and cooking oil, was very convenient. The pillows and duvet were plump and cozy. The host was excellent, providing quick communication and helpful recommendations for local eateries. The spacious rooms, comfortable beds, and furniture, along with the great shower, TV, and WiFi, ensured a pleasant stay. The long garden and sitting area were also enjoyable.
There were a few drawbacks to note. The stairs outside the bathroom could be difficult for those with mobility issues.

Stayed at Clifton House for a wedding and had a fantastic time. The house was spacious, clean, and had a parking permit for one car on the street. The convenience shop nearby had everything we needed. The host was incredibly helpful and communicative. It was a short walk to town and all the shops and restaurants. The hosts even provided some supplies on arrival and were always available for local advice.
Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Lovely house with all the amenities we needed, in a peaceful area within walking distance of the river, town, and cathedral. the owner was thoughtful, responsive, and gave excellent recommendations for eating places. They even provided some supplies on arrival and were very accommodating. the house was clean, cosy, and had a private garden.

Our stay at Clifton House was absolutely wonderful. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and cared for. The owner had left a thoughtful note and some provisions for us, which was greatly appreciated after a long drive. The house itself was immaculate, with modern and new facilities that made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. We especially loved the garden, which we can imagine would be perfect to relax in during the summer. The location of the house was ideal, as it was within easy walking distance of the town center, yet situated in a quiet residential street. we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend Clifton House to couples and small families alike.
There was nothing at all to dislike during our stay. Every aspect of our time at Clifton House exceeded our expectations.

Lovely, comfy, clean house with everything needed. Quite area close to river, town, and cathedral. Fantastic owner, thoughtful and responsive with excellent eating recommendations. Great quiet location for riverside walks. Private garden with adequate seating. Efficient host with excellent communication. Nice touch with milk, biscuits, and oats. Well decorated with good local amenities and well-equipped kitchen. Perfect for long weekend, close to river walks and city center. Extremely well maintained with fantastic bathroom. Thoughtful host for a special stay in Hereford.

This place is just like home, with a lovely house and a very clean atmosphere. the heating system is easy to use, the beds are comfortable, and the bathroom is great. the house also has a quiet garden where you can relax. It's a perfect location, with a short walk to the city center through peaceful streets and a beautiful park. You will definitely feel at ease staying here.
The shower can be a bit problematic, with water pressure issues that make it either too hot or too cold.
